Thank you for your interest in EZwebstart web hosting and it's affiliated services for your website. EZwebstart (ezwebstart.biz) wants to make every reasonable attempt to make your business experience with us a pleasurable one. We may even tend to lean toward being slightly unreasonable toward ourselves in keeping you, our customer, happy.

It is very important that you read and understand our Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not accept the terms of our service set out in our TOS, please do not use the EZwebstart service. If you do use our service, your agreement to our TOS and various policies is implied. These terms are a legal binding contract between you and EZwebstart regarding your use of the website, it's affiliates and various services. EZwebstart may make changes to these policies at anytime and your continued use of our EZwebstart.biz website and services after such changes have been posted constitutes your continued agreement to our revised terms of service (TOS) and various policies, even if you have not reviewed them. So it is best if you check the terms of use posted on this site periodically for updates and changes.

We will also advise you that changes have been made by revising the dates that our various policies are updated in the "Policy" section of our home page. Once again, your use of the EZwebstart service constitutes your acceptance of our terms of service (TOS), as may be amended or revised by us, and you are advised to consult our (TOS) regularly for any changes.

Terms of Service are this: You give us money, we give you service. The service you get for your money is determined by EZwebstart and the money you pay is determined by EZwebstart. Whether or not you participate is determined by you. Terms apply to any and all websites owned and operated by EZwebstart.

NO adult websites - No apologies. We do know the difference between right and wrong. We will help prosecute displayers of child pornography. We ourselves are not perfect, but we are not that "imperfect" either. We believe that all life is valuable and we are to love one another. Despite that being "politically incorrect" these days, we profess a more "traditional" perspective unchanged by this current layer of "modernism."

Hotlinking or otherwise using images from other websites to make them appear on your website is not acceptable. Copy the image and use it on your website legally from within your website directory.

Use of copyrighted images is prohibited unless you have the rightful owner's written permission.

No Spamming!

No Phising!

No Warez!

No Nudity!

Web hosting accounts that have been determined by EZwebstart to have violated our terms of service (e.g., spamming, phising, warez, etc.) will not be eligible for any refund at any time. Furthermore, such an account will be deleted and all data will be lost. EZwebstart does not assume responsibility for the irresponsible acts of others. Accounts in suspension undergoing investigation also do not qualify for any type of refund pending investigative results.

The only issues with which we stand firm are non-refundable fee purchases like domain names, security certificates, etc. as we cannot retrieve those funds to return them to you. We are unable to front any purchase fees except for web hosting. Non web hosting fees are totally your responsibility. Our other strict issue is account cancellation and data deletion for anyone shown to be spamming email from our mail servers or displaying inappropriate content on their websites as determined by the sole arbitrary discretion of Mr. EZ. In such cases, absolutely no refund is given.

The Six Month Rule: The six month rule only applies to the first year of an annual pay plan. If an annual web hosting account is cancelled within the first six months, a maximum of 6 months refund can be given. Annual web hosting account cancellations occurring after the first six month period are refunded on a simple prorated basis over the last six months of the annual term. For example, cancellation during the 7th month of an annual web hosting plan would result in a refund of 5 months webhosting based on the annual web hosting fee paid after any other expenses incurred have been deducted (domain name fee, security certificate fee, etc. if provided FREE with the web hosting account and PayPal fees). Cancellation of an annual web hosting plan during the first 3 months would result in a prorated refund of 6 months minus any fees due. This first six month rule only applies to your first year of an annual web hosting plan. Subsequent years refunds are prorated from the very first month and remain subject to any applicable fees.

Some annual web hosting plans include a FREE domain name. Domain name fees are deducted from any annual web hosting account refund amount which may be due. You are then free to transfer your domain away from EZwebstart. We will assist in any way we can. Domain names requested to be transferred before the end of the associated annual web hosting plan have elapsed must then be paid for before transfer can occur. The principle is that the domain name is FREE with 12 months of paid web hosting. No web hosting company can stay in business for long if paying for domain names and not being able to recoup that expense in a web hosting or other plan. Renewal of a qualified annual web hosting account will then initiate renewal of your domain name at no charge to you with YOU as owner as long as fees are received 1 month prior to the domain name renewal date. After the first year of web hosting, cancellation is prorated from the beginning of the web hosting annual cycle with no six month commitment. Applicable fees will still however be deducted from any refund that occurs prior to completion of the term of the qualifying annual web hosting plan at the domain name fee in effect upon inception.

While we make attempts to remind you of fees coming due, the timely payment is your responsibility. Any service not paid by its due date will be terminated automatically. Recurring fees are charged automatically by PayPal on the recurring payment due date. Cancellation of recurring payments is solely your responsibility. Any recurring fee already collected by PayPal will not be refunded to you. Please be sure therefore to cancel any recurring payments you have scheduled within PayPal BEFORE they are collected by PayPal.

Refunds are cheerfully given for our 45 day 100% web hosting money back guarantee and also for new annual web hosting accounts on a prorated basis for cancellation during their last six months. Subsequent annual web hosting plan renewals are prorated for refund from the beginning of their annual term. There are no refunds for monthly web hosting plans.

Charge backs: Charge backs unfortunately have severe consequences for EZwebstart as a business. We can loose our payment account which would put us out of business. They also impose a severe charge and additional hassle for each charge back that occurs. We prefer to work directly with our customers and avoid the pitfall of charge backs. Please email or call us yet again with your issue in the hopes that we will resolve it to your complete satisfaction. Should a charge back occur, we will have lost the funds we had to forward for example on a domain name or ssl cert. In an attempt to collect compensation for those assets, we will impound any assets the customer may have with us. This includes all domain names, ssl certs, websites, files, programs, or any other product or service being provided to the customer through us and all affiliate websites and services. Please contact ray at ezwebstart dot biz directly to again discuss the issue before you. As we are all adults, we will come to a satisfactory resolution. Rest assured that if your domain name is paid in full, it will not be held hostage for payment of any other service we offer. Your paid up domain name is always yours, not ours. Should you find it necessary to transfer your fully paid up domain name away from our services for any reason, you can fully expect our help and friendly customer service assistance.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. To best protect your child's privacy, we suggest that you carefully supervise your child's access to the Internet and our website(s).
